A devastating flash flood along the Nepal–Tibet border has affected communities across the Himalayan region, with particularly severe devastation in Nepal.

More than 500 lives lost, 3000+ missing from dozens of countries. Bridges, schools, infrastructure and entire villages and towns wiped out!

Once again, Nepal is hurting.

We call on the Nepali diaspora, global community, friends, and well-wishers of Nepal to join Nepal Rising in turning solidarity into action.

We plan to collaborate with grassroots organizations working on the ground and co-ordinate with local government agencies to support communities most in need.
